What ecommerce platforms can I install Smile on?

Smile is available on Shopify and BigCommerce.

How long are your contracts?

Smile plans are month to month. We think you'll love your program enough to keep using Smile. If you don't, you can cancel at any time without penalty.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, if you ever decide that Smile isn't the best loyalty program provider for your business, simply cancel your subscription.

Do you price based on monthly orders?

Yes, Smile's plans and features are built to scale with you as your business grows. While we do include order limits on our plans, we offer flexibility on our higher plans with additional monthly orders at a low cost.

How are monthly orders counted?

Monthly orders are counted based on the calendar month. For example, monthly orders for June include all orders placed on June 1 to June 30. Every order placed at your store during that month contributes to your monthly order total. This includes all orders, whether they are paid, unpaid, or refunded.

What currency am I billed in?

You will be billed in $USD regardless of where your business is located.

I'm looking to switch to Smile. How do I migrate my loyalty program to Smile?

If you already have a loyalty program or are using a different provider for your business, you can easily import customer points balances into Smile with a CSV file. If you choose the Smile Plus plan, you'll receive dedicated support with your migration.

Does Smile work with my point of sale (POS) system?

If you are using Shopify POS, customers can earn and redeem points in-store on any plan. Other POS systems are not supported at this time.

I have multiple stores. Do you have bundled pricing for subscribing all my stores?

Yes! After you subscribe to a paid plan on your first store, contact us via chat or email for discounted rates on your other stores. If you're subscribed to the Plus plan email help@smile.io for special multi-store pricing to get the best of Smile across all your stores.
